ACE Almácigo, a hardware store located in Yauco, Puerto Rico, required not only a website for marketing purposes, but a customized solution based on their parent company's eCommerce platform. The challenge was to provide a seamless experience, where the user could navigate between the information content and the online store. In addition, the configuration and design had to be made through the online system's base templates, revising them and making adjustments to fulfill the local client's needs.
Working through the marketing agency, Arroba, we were able to integrate all components, as well as adding external plugins, such as an interactive paint color selector. We also implemented a custom CMS so that the client could manage the information, online offers and other aspects of the website, besides the online store contents that they already managed through their brand system.
